Fall Line Construction is a partnership, with over 50 years of combined experience in all forms of construction. Ski racing in the Mount Washington Valley brought them together in the early 1980’s and this new endeavor is an extension of those years of friendship.

David Miller, a graduate of Fryeburg Academy and Johnson State College with a degree in Business Management. Dave has 30+years of managing excavation projects from estimate through project close-out.  Projects ranging in value from $ 50,000 to $4.3 million. A prior general contracting business owner, he oversaw the phases of construction, with annual volumes well in excess of $8M. Dave’s focus was on excavation projects, including scheduling and supervision of men, materials purchasing, scheduling subcontract work, monitoring costs and maintaining scheduled deadlines.

Matthew Howard, (Business Development) graduate of Kennett High School and UNH Whittemore School of Business and Economics. In 2003, Matt Howard started as a civil construction estimator. Matt rapidly expanded his effectiveness, by using advanced software to perform electronic quantity takeoffs directly from CAD files generated by design engineers. His responsibilities include new project planning, takeoffs, developing project estimates and budgets from plans and specifications, proposal preparation, and negotiations with clients. Matt’s expanded project management functions combine cultivating new business partnerships, contract negotiation and the company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and growth.

We have forged life-long relationships with many of our clients, as well as with subcontractors, materials suppliers, banking institutions, architects and engineers.
